Hello LChav4,

Thank you for posting on this Intel Community.

To better assist you, we would like to gather more information about your system configuration (operating system version, system model, etc.)

1. Please run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach the report to this thread.

1. Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application in your computer.

2. Open the application and click "Scan" to see system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".

3. To save your scan, click Next and click Save.

Please attach a picture showing the error message you are receiving.

Hello LChav4,

Thank you for attaching more information about your system configuration.

We were not able to find the latest Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) drivers available for your computer with your system model.

If you are having this issue when trying to open a game, then we recommend you to update the graphics driver, for both Intel® UHD Graphics 620 and NVIDIA GeForce MX110, to ensure games will run as expected.

For Intel® UHD Graphics 620, you can try these steps to install the latest OEM driver from Device Manager.

  1. Open Start.
  2. Search for Device Manager and click the top result to open the experience.
  3. Double-click the category with the device you want to update.
  4. Right-click the device, and select the Update Driver option.
  5. Click the Search automatically for updated driver software option.
  6. After you complete the steps, if a newer update is available, Device Manager will download and install the package automatically similar to Windows Update.

If the issue persists, you can try to perform a manual installation with the graphics drivers available on your system manufacturer's website

  1. Download the graphics driver from Download Center or from your computer manufacturer.
  2. If the file driver was contained in a zip file, unzip the file to a designated location or folder.
  3. Open Device Manager. For Windows 10: Right-click Windows Start icon
  4. Click Yes when prompted for permission from User Account Control.
  5. Expand the Display adapters section.
  6. Right-click the Intel® graphics entry and select Update Driver Software.
  7. Note: If a Intel® Graphics Driver wasn't installed, the graphics entry may be Microsoft Basic Display Adapter*.
  8. Click Browse my computer for driver software.
  9. Click Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
  10. Click Have Disk.
  11. Click Browse and select the directory where the driver files are located.
  12. Click OK, and finally click Next. Drivers are now being installed.
  13. Restart your computer.

To verify your driver installation was successful:

  1. Double-click the installed Display Adapter.
  2. Click the Driver tab.
  3. Verify the Driver Version and Driver Date are correct.
