I have a ASUS DG1 video card with my i5-12400f CPU, but the screen be blank very offten. When I checked the event log, it shows "Event 4101 Igfxnd stopped responding frequently", I tried to upgrade to the latest intel video driver or upgrade my ASUS motherboard's BIOS, everything doesn't work. The issue doesn't not only happens when I play the video game, even no action there, it will go to blank suddenly in several minutes and recovered. And another intesting thing is that it does work on linux, with kernel 6.13 and mesa 24.3.4, no crash happens. Any help?

Hello Zheng123,
Thank you for the update.
I will try to provide some recommendations however this is just a best effort support since the card is from Asus.
You can try to reinstall the latest Graphics driver from Asus using DDU method. Please see the links below for the steps and the Asus driver link:

Hello Zheng123,
Thank you for the update.
The recommendation is make sure that the driver is properly installed.
The driver in Asus website is there for a while, most likely this is working properly.
Have you tried this Graphics card on a different machine to make sure that you don't have a hardware issue?
However, since the card is an OEM. We can only provide best effort support or suggestion. In the end, it is still best to consult Asus.
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,

Hello Zheng123,
Appreciate the update.
If your card is giving the same behavior on a different machine, that means that the card is faulty.
You can contact Asus for Warranty claims or contact your reseller or the person who sold it to you for Warranty claims.
Since we have confirmed that the unit is faulty, I need to close this inquiry.
If you need further assistance, please post a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.
Thank you and have a great day.
Best regards,
