FPS problems with B580 on B450 amd chipset with REbar ON

Hello i have fps drops on destiny2, delta force, cod: black ops 6 and when i record or sare my screen on discord or OBS my frames go down, i have this components:

ryzen 5 5600X

32 GB RAM 3200Mhz

motherboard ASUS B450M PRIME

graphic card B580 with the latest driver

I have the new motherboard with the correct chipset and the performance in destiny 2 and deltaforce is very poor, the capture and the fps while doing a streaming is fixed
