Intel has reproduced a flickering textures issue with several different games and has started investigation (Bug ID 1405609824), so far it appears that it affects primarily games running on DirectX* 9 (i.e. older games). As more information becomes available I'll be updating this thread.
If you encounter a similar graphics glitch with your PC Game, feel free to post the details here.
So far this is the list of games that have been identified in the communities by users that present this flickering textures issue:
Halo 2*:

Still some minor flickering in Assault on Dark Athena (mid-upper screen).
And some black&white chessboard when game is loading to next location (in-game loading/not main menu).
There is also some weird stuff when looking at mirror surfaces.

Ronald_Intel, this is depressing. Almost over one year, fixed only Halo 2 and partially Crysis? In https://communities.intel.com/message/463407# 463407 https://communities.intel.com/message/463407 Alberto said "We will also include this information on the research we are doing on this subject." How this "research" looks like?
Now, good news (no thanks to Intel devs), you can play with no bugs in Dreamfall: The Longest Journey. For this we are gonna use WineD3D, DirectX to OpenGL wrapper.
Download version 3.0 https://fdossena.com/?p=wined3d/index.frag https://fdossena.com/?p=wined3d/index.frag
Extract d3d9.dll, libwine.dll and wined3d.dll in game folder where dreamfall.exe
Play!

You can try fix another games like this, even DX8 like BloodRayne series which is runs very slow, use d3d8.dll instead d3d9.dll.
PS. Splinter Cell - Double Agent crashes.
One. Word. Shame.

With Haswell (i5 4210U) and driver 4835, this issue still occurs in Starcraft II on Windows 10 Version 1709.

I'd like to report a problem involving bad textures in Battle for Middle Earth (BFME1, a DX9 game) when using intel integrated graphics cards. This is not a flickering texture issue, but I think it could be somewhat related. I already described the problem in /message/559304# 559304 this intel forum thread.
Succinctly, when playing this game in a laptop, running windows 10, with an intel integrated graphics card, the game is unable to render water and tree textures correctly. On the other hand, playing the game on a desktop PC (also running windows 10) with an external NVIDIA card shows no problems. Here's the comparison:
I was able to replicate this issue in every laptop I tried the game on:
HP Spectre 13-v103np
CPU: Intel Core i7-7500U
Packard Bell EasyNote TS11-HR:
CPU: Intel Core i5-2410M
Toshiba Satellite L50-B-16X:
CPU: Intel Core i7-4500U
So, to me, this is clearly related with intel integrated cards and DX9 support and my only hope is that this issue might be addressed in a future driver version.
Thank you
