Fotobearbeitung mit CPU Ultra 9 185 H Arc Grafik, 32 GB Ram.

Als Bildbearbeitungsprogramm benutze ich Dx0 Pure RAW 4, das funktionierte problemlos bis Anfang Mai 2025. Nach dem Intel Teiberupdate Version 32.0.101.6793 vom 07.05.2025 wird die Arc GPU nicht mehr erkannt und nur noch die CPU herangezogen. 

Das Ergebnis ist, die Bearbeitungszeit pro Bild verlängerte sich von ca. 20 Sekunden auf ca. 4 Minuten pro Bild. 

Wie kann ich das Problem lösen ? 

Die vorherigen Treiber habe ich noch einmal ohne Erfolg installiert.

2. When updating the driver, did you select the "Clean Installation" option?
3. Have you attempted to revert to your Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) driver?
4. Have you used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) while disconnected from the internet to completely remove the graphics driver before installing a new one?

Additionally, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information. Hallo Dhanniel M.

Ich habe 2 x eine Antwort per E-Mail geschickt diese aber zurückbekommen.

Meine Antwort war: 

Ja ich habe ein Laptop Acer Swift SFG16-72 mit 32 GB RAM und integrierter Arc Grafik, Detail im Anhang.

Seit Dezember 2024 habe ich DXO PureRAW4 installiert und bis zum Mai Update war das Programm für den mobilen Einsatz schnell genug. Seit dem Update verlängerte sich die Bildbearbeitung von ca. 20-30 Sekunden auf ca. 4 Minuten weil DXO nicht mehr auf die Grafik sondern nur noch auf die CPU zugreift. (Grafik wird nicht mehr aufgeführt). Ich habe mit DXO Kontakt aufgenommen die sich auf den Standpunkt stellen die Grafikleistung wäre zu schwach, obwohl bis Mai 2025 ja alles ok. war. Nach den Problemen habe ich die Vorgängerversion Treiber noch einmal installiert, ohne Erfolg. Die Aktualisierungen mache ich über den Intel-Treiber-und Support Assistenten. Display Driver Uninstaller habe ich nicht verwendet. Auch die OEM Treiber habe ich nicht versucht , da ich ja bislang keine Probleme hatte.

After reviewing the system requirements for the application you are using, I found that the minimum GPU required for optimal performance must have at least 8GB of VRAM. Unfortunately, the integrated graphics on your laptop may not be sufficient, as it relies on shared memory with system RAM.

Based on the information provided by the application’s support team, I agree that your system does not meet the minimum GPU requirements.

While your iGPU may handle minimal tasks, complex or high-intensity editing will likely strain it, leading to crashes or improper functionality. Given this, I recommend reaching out to the application's support team again to determine which graphics solution would be best suited for proper operation.
