Framebuffer support for Atom

Is there a way to create an OpenGL ES context using EGL on a Intel Atom E3845 without XServer?

For an embedded board running a Linux (based on Yocto) I want to use a OpenGL ES context on a framebuffer device.

Which Intel graphics driver for linux is suitable for OpenGL ES with EGL on framebuffer?
