GCP Hot Key Manager Enable/Disable broken

Driver version: 25.20.100.6472

Steps to replicate:

  1. go to Hot Key Manager
  2. Set some hotkeys
  3. Click disable
  4. Restart

Expected Behavior: The hotkeys are disabled. They don't exist anymore. Don't trigger the functions. Aren't globally hooked.
Actual Behavior: They don't trigger the function. But they are still registered as global hooks. So they still absorb the key combination. If you use those shortcuts in other apps you got no idea why they don't work.

Insights: Clicking disable works at fist it seems. But once you restart they aren't disable anymore and become global hooks again. Although it still says Disabled.

Fix it please! Did cost me a day!
