GFxUI not working after updating to the latest graphics driver

As the title suggests, i cannot open or access my Intel HD graphics control panel ever since i updated to the latest graphics driver. the new update greatly increases my fps in certain games and i would love it if i do not have to roll back to the previous version. Can anyone assist me in solving this problem and finally having access to my control panel. Thnx in advance

Hi albaden66,

Regarding the Intel HD graphics control panel not working, this could occur if you have a laptop, since they are made by another company and if you load the Intel generic drivers, some feature may not work after the update.

Please let me know the brand and model of your computer, as well as what operating system you have.

Also, For the GfxUI has stopped working Error, you can check the following link for Errors Reported by Microsoft*

Was your inquiry resolved?

If not, could you provide some details about your system configuration? We'll need to know what you're running so we can try to set it up and see the same failure you are.

Platform brand & model (also is it a laptop or DT?), Graphics Driver installed, BIOS, OS (32 or 64?), and any other pertinent info you think could help us mimic your system. Appreciate it.
