Hello,
I have a laptop HP Pavilion dv6-2130us with Intel GMA4500MHD running Windows 8. I have connected an Element tv via the onboard HDMI port, but the display is overscanned (stretched outside the screen borders). How can I adjust the graphics settings to allow the screen to get back to the borders of the screen?
Thanks. The laptop is running the available WDDM1.1 drivers.

Hello,
I suggest that you check the information provided on this article:

Additionally, keep in mind that this video controller uses an inbox driver that is provided by the operating system and that updates for it may only be available through Microsoft* updates.
You may also need you check on the TV itself, and check on its internal settings for any setting that may be causing this overcan problem, so check with your TV manufacturer for information on the configuration of the TV
