Photoshop does detect my gpu, but it can't use it due to a driver issue.
The problem is I can't find what exactly my gpu is (like Intel HD graphics 5000 or so) it just says it's a "Intel HD graphics" and nothing else. I updated a picture so you can check it out

Also I have windows 10, so maybe that has something to do with it, would you recommend me to go back to windows 8?
Also I have an asus x55a

DEV_0106 = SandyBridge
For some reason the Windows 10 driver ain't offered by Intel directly, so you have to grab it from Windows update.
Visit following link only with Internet Explorer (ActiveX required for installation)

If you download the driver with Internet Explorer (only browser that supports ActiveX) you will be asked to install the driver.
If you download the driver with Edge, Chrome or Firefox you will get a *.CAB file that has to be treated like a ZIP archive - unpacking and manual installation.

If I download it through internet explorer it doesn't ask me to install the driver.
If I unpack it and then open .exe then just nothing happens.
By doing it manually you mean i have to extract the files in a specific folder and then leave them there?

Unpack the CAB archive anywhere you like.
Then use following guide (skip 1st step):

I'm still not sure how to install with ActiveX or what is it. I already the rar with the driver but it doesn't install it.
I have Photoshop CC 5.5
Edit: Also it seems it's just called "Intel HD graphics" and so I downloaded the driver StefanD linked me to.
