GPU lockup being seen on Atom E3940 Linux

Hello,

I'm cross-posting this question to this forum as well, I'm seeing GPU lockups on an Atom E3940 when running Linux Mint.

I tried to post over a month ago, but apparently got banned even before making my first post, and it took me all this time to get unbanned !?!?

I also have a support ticket open, but it's been several months and still no definitive reply.

excerpt from dmesg log:

Is this a new computer?

Was it working fine before without the GPU lockups that you are describing?

If yes, when did the issue start?

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes that might cause this problem?

Is there any specific application being used when the GPU lockups occur?

Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?

Please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":
