Attached log file. Please help.
The new driver fades my screen to black and I have to press power button.
It was working fine earlier. It is asking me to install latest driver but this is also failing.

To better assist you, we would like to gather more information about the system and issue. Please, provide us with the following information:
- Which installation process are you following to install the new driver? Are you using any Software for automatic updates, or are you manually installing the driver?
- You mentioned that something is telling you to install the latest drivers. Can you let us know what is telling you to update the driver? Is it the operating system or the application?
- Also, the driver version v1.0.820.6 is not part of our drivers. Is this an OEM driver? There are two different types of drivers, generics provided by Intel and Equipment Manufacturer drivers, that are customized to work with each specific system.
- We would like to have more details about your system. Please, share with us the system reports using the Intel®️ System Support Utility (Intel®️ SSU):
- Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel®️ SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
- Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
- To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."

So long story short, After I upgraded my device to Windows 11, The driver got updated and after that screen keeps on fading out to black whenever I am watching any videos. But it works fine when I disable Intel Ires Xe Graphics. But I cannot play game. It works for regular use. But the problem is this is a handheld PC used for gaming.
Also, I can play games without any issue but if I run any videos, the screen just fades away.
I am looking into OneX Player site for driver. But, that is not helping out.
Please Help. This Manufacturers didn't do anything. I opened a ticket long time back, but didn't had any luck.
There is no problem with the hardware.. It is issue with Driver for sure as I can see similar issue with so many other people in different forums.

Thank you for waiting for a response. After looking into this matter, we want to recommend you test the following:
- If possible, you should test an external monitor with this device. Let us know if the result of trying an external monitor.
- For testing, we recommend you install the newest driver, 31.0.101.4952.
- Based on the information about this device, it seems it is meant for Windows 10, so the issue might be related to Operating System compatibility. Could you check if the problem happens after you revert to Windows 10 and the latest drivers?

Thank you for the information provided. Since a secondary monitor is working fine, this means that the GPU and drivers are working correctly. The issue could be isolated to the device display, so it would be ideal to contact the system OEM since they can offer you a hardware inspection.
We also understand that you received a BSOD; however, BSODs can occur for a variety of reasons, and we may need to check the BSOD error message to see if it is related to the graphical issue. But to rule out a possible hardware issue with the processor and integrated graphics, you should install and run the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool. It does an overall test on the unit, and if it passes the test, it means it is working properly.
