I have such a problem, I have a Gateway GWTC51427 laptop with a 1235u processor, it has 8 GB of RAM installed Row of chips, in 2-channel mode, before I changed Windows, because I don’t like 11, I got used to 10. then Intel Iris xe graphics was displayed, now Uhd graphics is displayed, I updated the drivers and looked in the bios, it does not want to become intel iris xe.
This is my output in CMD console

DeviceLocator Manufacturer
Controller0-ChannelA Micron Technology
Controller0-ChannelB Micron Technology
Controller0-ChannelC Micron Technology
Controller0-ChannelD Micron Technology
Below you will find the config file.
Thank you very much in advance for your help.

Hello BxpbBodya,
For testing purposes, we would like to recommend you test upgrading your Operating System back to Windows 11. Checking your system information, it seems as if the OEM has only validated the Windows 11 Operating System on your device, so it would be ideal to use the OEM-validated OS. Once you are in Windows 11, install the latest driver from the gateway. There are two different types of drivers, generics provided by Intel and Equipment Manufacturer drivers, that are customized to work with each specific system. The best thing to do is to use the drivers provided by the system manufacturer (OEM).
Best regards
Jean O.
