Hello Tomčikas,
Thank you for posting on the Intel®️ communities. As a gamer, I understand how frustrating is when a game crashes, I will be more than happy to help you.
To help you in the best way, please answer the following questions:
- How did the issue start? For example, after a graphics update, a game update, etc.
- When does the game crash? Once you run it, when doing something specific, etc.
- Take screenshots of the game settings in case we need to replicate it.
- To know your system hardware and software, run, save and attach the report for the following tool Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU), you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.

The issue started randomly out of no where. Everything was perfect, It started a few days ago. The game crashes after 20min of gameplay and when I restart it I get another crash and then I can play for like 3 hours.

Hello Tomčikas,
Thank you for your response, and all the information provided, it has been really helpful.
I see in the Intel® SSU report there are some pending updates that may help:
- I noticed the graphics driver is updated to version 31.0.101.4032, but I want to check if the behavior changes by clean installing it with Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). For guidance, How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver. Then download the driver mentioned before on ASUS Support.
- If the issue persists, repeat the previous step, but this time by downloading out generic driver to version 31.0.101.4676.
- I also see, the BIOS is not up to date, update it to version 319 on ASUS Support to check if there are improvements.
Let me know the results.
Regards,
Andres P.
