hi, im running two monitors identical ASUS'. They are running an extended display from my laptop. One is run by HDMI and the other by VGA. The VGA screen is perfect but the one run by HDMI is grainy. After reading online that the laptop maybe putting out a 'tv' HDMI signal i searched the settings but with no solution found. The resolutions are correct so this is not the problem. Notably in the intel graphics and media control panel the HDMI monitor is actually listed as a digital television? does anyone know how to fix this?

Hello Horcrux_hacker:
This type of problem could be related to the processor or to the driver on the laptop, in order to better assist you we just need to verify a few details:
What is the model of the laptop?
Do you know the model of the processor on it?
Which Windows version are you using?
What is the model of the monitors?
Did you test it with a different HDMI cable?
For testing purposes, did you try to use the laptop just with one monitor connected to the HDMI port?
Could you please test the HDMI port with the monitor that is working on the VGA port?
Did you try to install the latest graphics driver for the laptop?
Any questions, please let me know.
