Is there Compatibility of Graphic card(DDR2) and Intel core i7(DDR3)

Or do I have to use Graphic card(DDR3)

System: Processor:core i7CPU860 2.8GHz

Chipset :Intel P55 pch

system memory:4GBDDR3(Synch DRAM PC3-10600(1333MHz)Non-ECC(2x2GB)

Graphic card:NVIDIA GeForce G210HDMI PCIe x16 Graphic(RAM=512MBDDR2)

I have system hang up issue.

And update graphic drivergetting better, but still hang up occur.
