Graphic corruption on the 2nd generation HD graphics on Windows 8.1

I have an i3 2120 CPU with HD 2000 graphics, and I am on the latest driver "15.28.18.64.3223". The graphic corruption(artifacts) happens mostly on Firefox 24, and sometimes on Microsoft Word 2013. Can anyone else confirm it?

At this point there are no drivers available for Win 8.1 when using Intel HD Graphics 3000/2000. We are planning to release a driver for this Operating System but there is no ETA for this. In the meantime I recommend you testing a win 8 driver in 8.1 or testing a different operating system such as win 7 or win 8.
