Hello,
I've been trying to update my intel arc a770 driver but everyitme I do It fails and I get exit message 1.
I have attempted difffrent solutions posted on these forums but none of them have worked. I used to have no problems, only after I believe a certain update around Feb, that I have been unable to update.
I attempted to use DDU in safe boot and it did not help me. There is no new drivers from for my motherboard either, at first it seems that Gigabyte drigvers might be intefering but I can't find anything about it. There is also the issues that my intel graphics card doesn't show on display adapters either
I have included logs from attempting to update, screnshots of the messages I get when trying to install, and the version of drivers my gpu is supposed to be running, which is weird given they are 2006 drivers according to the system

Hi ALares-C,
Thank you for patiently waiting. Upon coordinating with our team, we kindly ask for you to try the following:
- Uninstall the driver using Display Driver Uninstaller. Instructions in this article How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver.
- Download the 31.0.101.5534. (Instructions in this article How to Get Zip File Version) of Intel® Graphics Driver.
- Unzip the driver.
- Open Device Manager:
- Right-click Intel® Arc™ Graphics device from the Display Adapters section.
- From the drop-down menu, choose update driver.
- Click Browse my computer for drivers.
- Click Browse, search for, and select the unzipped folder of the driver.
- Once the driver is installed. Restart the computer.
By the way, since the graphics driver is not a .zip file, an alternative method to compress files is to utilize the built-in compression functionality provided by Windows, commonly referred to as the 'Compressed (zipped) Folder' feature. You may check the guidance in Exit code 1: There was a problem repairing your driver on Intel® Arc™ Graphics article which outlines the identical steps necessary for your query. You may also use a 3rd party application to zip the file and that 7-Zip.
Moreover, kindly submit the latest SSU logs of the system so we can further check.
I will wait for your reply.
Best regards,
Jeanette C.
