Graphics 4600 not updating

Im using win 7 in my laptop, and Im trying to update my graphics card to the latest version. So I downloaded the latest version (15.36.34.4889), the .exe and the .zip files but nothing seems to work. I tried manually and using the aplication, but when I check the drivers version, it still in the previos one (10.18.14.4889).

Can someone help to update my graphics card?

(15.36.34.4889) is the same as (10.18.14.4889).
