OhioTech: Thank you very much for contacting the Intel® Graphics communities. We will do our best to try to fix this problem.
In regard to your inquiry, you can always get into control panel to adjust the resolution, letter size and brightness.
We recommend to install the graphics drivers provided by the manufacturer of the computer, since the driver version 4568 provided HP is already installed and the problem persists, we can try driver 4835:

Hello - thanks for your reply.
First - when I try to installed driver 4835 I get a message: The driver being installed in not validated for this computer. Please obtain the appropriate driver from the computer manufacturer...
Second: manually installing it provides the same results.
Is it possible that an older driver would work? I have tried 4653 with no luck. I am wondering if I can try some earlier drivers - I am very willing to test anything else if you can provide the links.
OBTW I have tried the control panel for resolution, letter size and brightness but just cannot get the good display I had before the fall update to the creators version of Windows 10.
Thanks

Hi OhioTech: You are welcome. Thank you very much for providing those results. For this type of scenario we always recommend to install the graphics drivers provided by HP. If the problem remains with their driver, then what we suggest is to get in contact directly with them, because that driver was customized specifically to work with your platform so they might have further suggestions on this matter:

And yes, we can always try to install an older graphics driver version that works properly and then disable the Windows automatic drivers updates, on the link below you will find some instructions on how to do that, otherwise you can always get in contact with Microsoft directly to get that information:
