Graphics Card Issue with Intel DG33BU motherboard.

I installed NVIDIA 9800GT 1GB Graphics Card in Intel DG33BU Motherboard and then after i am getting continuous beep sound from motherboard.What is the problem?

INTEL DG33BU motherboard

INTEL Core 2 Duo E4500 2.2GHz processor

4GB RAM

650 Watts SMPS(Power Supply)

Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
