Out of date drivers, D3D12 error. I have a Dell Inc. Inspiron 7591 2n1, but there is no update available in Dell.com for the minimum driver graphics version required to run Age of Mythology Retold, however there is an update available through Intel (with a warning sign that it would remove customizations, attached screenshots). Is there a way to work around this D3D12 error? What would happen if the customizations are removed?
Thanks!

Hi Ricky420,
Thank you for posting in the communities!
Regarding to your concern, you can try downloading our generic drivers for testing if it will resolve the error message, but please take note: "Installing this Intel generic graphics driver will overwrite your computer manufacturer (OEM) customized driver. OEM drivers are handpicked and include customized features and solutions to platform-specific issues.
The generic Intel driver provides users the latest and greatest feature enhancements and bug fixes that OEMs may not have customized yet to address platform-specific needs. Users can check for matching OEM versions at OEM websites."

Let me know if there will be an improvement to the issue.

Will my files be safe if I download the driver from that link even though it will overwrite the customized driver?
