My computer has a icore 5 - 2400 processor and intel hd graphics 2000, can I upgrade to the intel graphics 4000 driver? Because my computer is windows 10 and does not have updates for the current driver I am using.

No, you cannot do that.

Your graphics is not supported on Windows 10, and there is no Intel driver for windows 10.  All you have is the Microsoft generic driver, which lacks features and performance.

If you are a desktop, you may be able to add a graphics card (nvidia).

The best thing to consider is getting a new(er) machine that is supported by Windows 10.
