That chipset is too old for a normal install and too old for Intel to update. If you want to install it you are going to have to download the latest driver you can find (For 7/8.1) and update the INF yourself to get it to install but a word of warning is that the driver will be completely unsupported by Intel since you are making your own adjustments to it.

On win7 version of the driver's .inf file, what mod should I do, to allow installation to win10 having in mind that it is on my own responsibility?

This thread is from 2016.   The chipset graphics were not supported on W10 then, and they are not supported now.

 

It is time for you to upgrade your hardware to something that is supported on Windows 10.
