For some reason only sometimes when playing world of warcraft i get the message 'the display driver igxprd32 has stopped working normaly and you have to restart your computer'. I only just received this computer so it has always had this problem but it does have on board graphics of 384mb wich meets minimum requirements for world of warcaft and i have recently updated to the latest driver. i did use a computer with lower specs but never had this problem i dont see why i get this please tell me why i get this and how to fix it? Also i have talked to the people at Blizzard Entertainment but they have no clue but it will only happen in areas of the game that have been recently upgraded but my old computer could still display in areas like this so could you please tell me how to fix it

Hi there!

I recommend checking below for information about igxprd32 issue:

Additionally, have you tried checking minimum hardware requirements for World of Warcraft?

If your Intel onboard graphics is Intel GMA 4500 series or HD Graphics then you will be able to play your game without issues, this is according to their specifications
