Graphics card selection

Hello,

I am currently using Intel D845GLVA mother board with Intel Pentium 4 processor (1.9 GHz).

I want to install PCI graphics card in the system but unaware of it. I want to know which graphics card will suit in my system.

In addition I want to add SATA hard disc to my pc which has IDE port. Is there any solution to add SATA hard disc to IDE port?

Kindly suggest.
