Hello. It gets stuck on a black screen with every update.

I also tried downloading the update file from the website and updating that way, but it didn't work.

I also updated it through Intel Graphics Software, but it didn't work.

What is the correct installation method, or what is the problem?

I hope you can help me solve this, thank you.

my system components;

12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-12100F (3.30 GHz)

16.0 GB Ram

Intel Arc A750

Gigabyte H610M H DDR4

Hello kaanhisar,

Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.

For me to better understand and diagnose the issue further, let me ask you to provide detailed responses to the following questions. This information will help me isolate the problem and determine the most appropriate course of action moving forward.

  1. Was your driver update working fine before?
  2. To clarify, you are only getting this issue installing the latest driver version.
  3. For me to review the hardware and the driver installed, please help generate the SSU logs of your system. Kindly refer to the link below for the steps:

1.No. In previous updates I performed, the computer would restart itself before the update was completed.

2.Except for the last one, I haven't actually experienced any problems in the last 5 updates. In fact, I was experiencing problems even before these 5 updates. I managed to install the update, but I think the problems will continue afterwards.

Yes, I've already done the previous step. I just need to wait for another update to know if the problem is resolved.

How should I update when it's time for an update? What's the smoothest way?

I am sorry, did you already update the driver to the latest using DDU?

If you are asking for the latest driver, we don't have an exact date for its availability.
