Graphics crashing and unable to update drivers

Hey guys so I am having many issues with my graphics which includes hanging and crashing while playing games. And also freezing my entire computer while on video skype. However if i have only the very small window for Skype open it crashes much less frequently. I installed the Intel® Driver Update Utility. It then said I needed to download and install Intel Graphics Driver for Windows 10 and Windows 7*/8.1* [15.33]. When I tried installing it I got an error message saying that "this computer does not meet the minimum requirements for this driver". I dont know how to fix either problem. I figured that downloading the update might do it but I cant get that to work to see if that helps. My computer is a HP Envy TS 15 Notebook PC with a Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40GHz processor. 64 bit operating system. Can anyone help? Thanks guys

Hi theEagle,

Pre-build systems require customize drivers from the laptop manufacturers. Our generic driver might not work.

I recommend you to update the BIOS, chipset and graphics drivers from Hewlett Packard website.
