Graphics driver conflict

Hello!

Installing Graphics Driver 32.0.101.6314 on Windows 10 (PC with UHD Graphics 770) lead to the improper work of Wi-fi Realtek 8852 CE adapter (finds and connects to the network, but with the error “network is not connected to the Internet”) and nothing is loading.

Reverting to the previous driver 32.0.101.6078 resolves the issue.

Hello Oleh1,

Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.

For me to further check this, please help provide the following details:

  1. What is the complete brand and model of your system?
  2. What is the model of your processor?
  3. How did you update the driver?
  4. Aside from rolling back the driver, what are the other troubleshooting steps that you tried?
  5. Have you also checked if the Wifi Controller have available driver?

If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.

Best regards,

Hello,

Thanks for the reply.

Here are the details:

1. PC built on Gigabyte B760M DS3H AX.

2. Raptor Lake-S Intel Core i5-13500.

3. Manually from the Intel website (only driver with clean installation, without any other Intel apps).

4. Not tried other steps, only rolling back.

5. The current driver of Realtek 8852CE WiFi 6E PCI-E NIC installed is ver. 6001.16.156.1000,  did not updated recently (usually the notification for new drivers comes from the Gigabyte control center).

An update:

Updated the driver for Wifi controller via Windows driver update in Device manager to 6001.16.159.1002, then updated Graphics driver to the ver. 32.0.101.6319,  and have not got any issues.
