Graphics driver q45 / q43 express chipset windows 7 x64 CAUSES crash

I own an Hp 8000 elite USDT. As soon as he installs the Intel graphics driver intel q45 / q43 express chipset windows 7 x64, the pc crashes after the restart (the screen shows different colored lines and switches off). Set the standard graphics driver in the safe mode, it will run normally again. When I install Windows 10, the same thing happens. As soon as he sets up the devices, he crashes. is the graphics chip defective?

This graphics chipset is from 2009, and is not supported.
