Hello, I am using my hp elitebook 2570p, and I noticed a problem. When I installed windows 8.1 and w10, when I was charging the laptop, and it says plugged in, not charging. I played around with the settings and there is a setting to change about display refresh rate switching: http://i.imgur.com/rSavr8d.png
I disabled that, disconnected the charger it charged until 100% and stopped charging again. Then I went to devmgmt and unistalled driver and software, it installed the software back, I played with the setting, and my laptop was charging again, but only until 100%. I need explanation, what is wrong
