Graphics problems with Windows 10, already tried everything to fix this?

I have tried everything except community support so... my graphics card is a "Mobile Intel GMA 4500 mhd" and I'm running Windows 10, but it's not working for some of the games I play. I need to know what's wrong because Windows 10 compatibility report showed that everything was compatible.

Could you please let me know what exactly the problem is? Do you get an error, blue screen, black screen etc?

What is the game that you are trying to play?

Please reply with you graphics report.

Go to Intel® Graphics and Control Panel > Options > information Center > Save.
