Graphics settings for PC with Atom x6425E

Hello everyone!

I purchased a PC equipped with Atom x6425E, but I cannot configure the graphics settings.
The OS is Windows IoT 2021.
Neither Intel Graphics Command Center nor Intel Graphics Control Panel is installed.
Please tell me what should I do.

Is this a new computer?

Were you able to adjust the graphics settings on this specific machine before?

If yes, when did the issue start?

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes that might cause this problem??

Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?

Please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":

I will answer your inquiry.

This PC is the latest PC.

Therefore, this was my first attempt at setting up the graphics.

No hardware/software changes have been made. It is in the same condition as purchased from the manufacturer.

The problem is occurring in the work environment.

The SSU report will be sent at a later date.

No problem at all, once you get the chance, please provide the SSU report so we can provide further assistance on this matter, since the information shown in that report is very important moving forward in order to try to fix this problem.


In the meantime, based on the fact that you mentioned that neither Intel® Graphics Command Center nor Intel® Graphics Control Panel are installed, please try to install Intel® Graphics Command Center from the Microsoft Store following the steps in this link:

Since I am on a business trip, I am unable to view the information on the relevant PC or install and confirm the software.

I will be able to confirm it within this week.

Albert san,

 Intel® Graphics Command Center or Intel® Graphics Control Panel cannot be installed unless you are connected to the Internet.

 Please tell me how to install it without connecting to the internet.

I will now do further research on this matter to confirm if there is a way to install those tools without Internet service. As soon as I get any updates, I will post all the details on this thread.

After reviewing the case, we would like to let you know that the app needs to be downloaded from MS Store as it is the place where it is available to be downloaded. If you are unable to access the Microsoft Store on Windows® 10 Long-Term Servicing Channel (LTSC), please verify the link below:

Regarding the question about graphics settings, it is important to mention, that the LTSC edition of Windows 10 provides customers with access to a deployment option for their special-purpose devices and environments, so this is up to the company and Windows limitation on the Operating System side. You can always contact Microsoft Support for additional details on this topic:

Additionally, we advise you to contact your local IT department for more information about what can be done or not on your system.

 Thanks for your reply.

 Even though I really didn't want to connect to the Internet, I had no choice but to connect one of the two PCs to the Internet for a trial.

 As a result, I was able to install Intel® Graphics Command Center.
 I believe that my goal can be achieved by changing the Intel® Graphics Command Center settings (red frame in the attached

 document).

 Therefore, it is urgent to get the Intel® Graphics Command Center installer without internet connection.
