Green, black and white dots (6600k Intel HD 530 + msi z170a)

First think it just bad hdmi cable or monitor defect (IPS), but i changed cable and tested another monitor. No result.

My problem started half a year ago. First point of sometimes appearing. Now they are always used when the gpu.

I think it is because of drivers or marriage core.

Maybe someone has encountered the same problem. Tell me, because of what point and how can I remove them? Ty.
