HD 530 / i7-6700K: 4k60p won't work at HDMI 2.0 on Windows

Provide a detailed description of the issue

I am not able to get my dual Monitor Setup to work properly.

The 1st Monitor is plugged into the DP1.2

The 2nd Monitor is plugged into the HDMI 2.0.

DP 1.2 is operating fine 4k60p

HDMI 2.0 is only working until 4k30p, everything above 30p will not be displayed at the 2nd LG Monitor.

I've used the following Drivers:

Windows OEM Intel Driver: No Success

Newest Intel HD Driver: No Success

Newest Gigabyte Intel HD Drive: No Success

The Megachips HDMI Firmware is up to date @ Version v1.42

HDMI UHD Deepcolor is activated on the HDMI LG Monitor, otherwise the Intel Drive won't Show 4k60p

I've testet also on a Ubuntu 15.10 Live Disk.

Both Monitors are working at 4k60p!

Does it fail every single time, or only sometimes?

ie: Cables&brand, cable type [vga, hdmi, DP, etc], dock, dongles/adapters, etc

not to hijack this thread, but there are several newer hardware configurations that intel drivers are not compatible with.

For example, I know of several usb-c hdmi adapters that don't play nice with intel's drivers, resulting in flickering or black outs.

But Linux Mint 17.3 is stable.

In using a usb-c hdmi 2.0 adapter, I had to plug in the native hdmi cable first before using the hdmi 2.0 adapter, otherwise it wouldn't work.
