Hi
Since my ACER laptop cannot be set up WQHD resolution for my ACER LCD monitor output. Could you help me figure out how to open the INTEL HD 620 setting for the WQHD resolution?
You can check my system information as enclosure, please let me know if you still need further information.

Hello Gimi5k,
Thank you for contacting the Intel community.
First, make sure you have the latest driver installed; you can download the latest Intel® Generic driver here:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26772/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-45-?product=96551 Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* [15.45]
In order for you to open the Intel® HD Graphics Control Panel you can see it at the following link:
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005596.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005596.html
Click the display option and you will see the resolutions available for your system.
Regards,
Ivan U.

Hi Ivan
Thanks for your explanation, but after I update the driver you gave me. The system still cannot run WQHD resolution on my acer LCD monitor. It can run 1920x 1080 only still.

I'm sorry that the issue still persists; in this case, this is a limitation from your computer manufacturer, the Intel® HD Graphics 620 is capable of support this resolution and higher but if you cannot get it, at this point I suggest you to get in contact with Acer as they are more familiar with your system and how all the components interact with each other.
From my end we only have generic graphic driver but your computer manufacturer may have alter the configuration and for this reason you best support is directly with them.
Regards,
Ivan U.

Are you using a USB-C dock? https://community.intel.com/t5/Graphics/Cannot-select-4k-60Hz-with-Intel-UHD-on-DisplayPort/m-p/1383720#M107804
