HD Graphics 4600 igdumdim32.dll divide by zero error

Attempts to play any video file (avi, mpg, mp4, etc) crash either PCDJ karaoki or Compuhost.  Error log from Compuhost posted below.

PLEASE NOTE: I HAVE ALREADY ATTEMPTED INSTALLATION OF ALL VARIOUS AVAILABLE CODEC PACKS INCLUDING K-LITE, CCCP, AND KARAOKI CODEC PACK.  PLEASE ASSUME IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO SUGGEST ATTEMPTING OR RESTARTING MY COMPUTER TO FINISH INSTALLATION.
