HD Graphics 530 3 screen DP MST

I have a Dell OptiPlex 3040 with an i3-6100 and HD Graphics 530 and I am trying to connect 3 displays (Dell U2419H) trough a single Displayport. I can see all screens in Windows and also the Intel Grapic settings, but I can only use 2 screens at the same time, while the HD Graphic 530 specs says it supports 3 monitors. What am I doing wrong?

Are you using a 3-port MST Hub or are you attempting to daisy-chain them?
