HD Graphics Control Panel service keeps interrupting remote desktop session.

Hi

I'm seeing my remote desktop session momentarily interrupted every 10 or 15 minutes with the attached image appearing in the event log. I've tried to stop the service but it starts again minutes later (with another drop!). Can anyone please assist. This is affecting my users as well.

Any help really appreciated.

What is the model number of your processor?

What version of Windows 10? 1909?
