HD4600 windows 10 64bits problem : MS Office apps crashing

Hi,

I have a Dell M3800 with an HD4600 (core i7 4702HQ). I'm running windows 10 up-to-date.

I can't find a reliable driver for the HD4600 chipset.

MS Office apps and MS Edge are crashing at startup unless I told them to run

on the alternate NVidia GPU.

I have tried the default Windows driver for the HD4600, the one provided by Dell and both the latest stable and the latest beta from the Intel site.

None of these drivers are working. Is there something to do apart from disabling the HD4600 ?

I ran some tests based on your information and there was no crashing when I started browsing on Microsoft Edge and running the apps everything worked fine.

Have you tried contacting Dell in order to get a customized driver? It's possible that your system requires one.
