Has anyone seen garbage like this? This is windows 8.1 fresh install... 4424 graphics driver. No updates *yet*

Trivial to reproduce, just resize the window. Mouse crossing over a line fixes it, like the BT one below.

(After this, I will fire up windows update...)

Hi Pon,

I suggest you to install the latest Graphics drivers provide by your manufacture, Quanmax Inc*

http://www.quanmax.com/en/download.php http://www.quanmax.com/en/download.php

It is important to mention that we sell our Intel chipsets and processors to third party manufacturers and they design their own computers with their own features, settings and capabilities. For that reason they design their own drivers, to meet the exact specifications on their computers. If your computer is having problems with our generic Intel graphics drivers, the best you can do is install the latest customized driver released by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).

Here you can test with our generics Intel® Beta Graphics Driver (4444): https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25957/Intel-Beta-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=88345 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25957/Intel-Beta-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=88345

Hellen.
