HDMI doesn't work on monitor

I have just bought a refurbished laptop a few days ago. The problem is that when I connect the HDMI to DVI to my monitor (HP 2009m) the image looks green and flicker. I have also tried conecting an HDMI cable to two TVs and they don't get any signal. At least in my monitor I can see something.

I have already installed my monitor's driver

I have already updated my graphics; I even unnistalled my graphics, reboot, and reinstalled my graphics again, and nothing seems to work.

Intel HD Graphics 5500

HP 2009m

Here is what happens when I plug HDMI to DVI to my monitor:

I have the same trouble, I guess that is a problem connected to hardware architecture.
