Hades 2 Bad (Lunar Lake)

Hi Intel Gpu team:

I have your 16gb Lunarlake.

The new Hades-2 can barely cross 100fps with vsync off, with very low GPU utilization. I am plugged in, other games run fine and up to the chip's limits. The game engine should go up to 360fps.

Something's not right.

Could you please look into this. It's a popular title.

Hello MoonlightGuide,

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

I would like to know more about your system details to fully understand where the issue truly lies. Please provide the missing key information below:

  1. Where have you obtained this game (Hades 2 Bad (Lunar Lake))? (Steam, GameSpot, etc.)
  2. Provide us with the Intel SSU report from your system.
  3. Power Supply make and model.
  4. What is your monitor/display make and model. Please share specifications link (if possible).
  5. Are you using direct cables (e.g. HDMI to HDMI) or using any converters/adapters/hub?
  6. Describe the performance issue as best as you can. Per example: FPS drop when entering ‘x’ or ‘y’ section.
  7. Provide screenshots or describe the graphics settings used in-game.
  8. Submit CapFrameX capture data (.json files) reproducing the issue. Capture data at least 3 times to define a good performance baseline.
  9. Tell us the steps to reproduce the issue (this is very important!).

I will wait for your reply.

Best regards,

JeanetteC.
