Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:

Then ATTACH the text file (using the paperclip under the toolbar).

What I suggest you try is the following steps:
- Download the latest Intel HD Graphics driver package that is available from your laptop vendor's web site. Do not attempt to install yet.
- Download the latest Intel HD Graphics driver package that is available from the Intel site. Do not attempt to install yet.
- Disconnect your PC from the Internet. Unplug Ethernet cable and/or disable Wireless.
- From Apps & Features, uninstall the Intel Graphics Driver package that is currently installed.
- Reboot when requested, keeping Internet access disabled.
- Install the latest Intel HD Graphics driver package from your laptop vendor.
- Reboot when requested, keeping Internet access disabled.
- Install the latest Intel HD Graphics driver package from the Intel site (this will upgrade the driver from your laptop vendor).
- Reboot when requested.
- Reconnect Internet.
- Test.
