Hard GPU Hang on Surface Pro 4 with DX12 ExecuteIndirect

Hello,

I can provide in private an archive with a code sample that is ready to build and run to demonstrate the problem. It is a 100%, The same sample works fine on nVidia, AMD and Xbox One.

I did not yest tried to isolate what exactly is the problem because the tablet freeze, and my only way to recover is to hold the power button up to an hard shutdown, very unconvenient, without the ExecuteIndirect call, the sample runs fine but obviously miss the point.

The command signature is made of an ib view, two vb view and a root constant.
