I own a Samsung Notebook Windows 8.1 Model NP540U3C - A03UB. This notebook uses Intel HD Graphics 4000 as the video card, which comes with some old Microsoft driver. I wanted to use a photo editing software which requires a driver supporting Open GL 3.2 or newer driver. Driver provided by Intel for this particular card is available but doesn't work on my Samsung machine. Samsung has not released the software on their website for this card. I did an on-line chat with Samsung help desk. But couldn't provide any help either?
For a large corporation like Samsung, is it possible not to release a compatible driver thus far? Thanks in advance for any help on this issue!

Intel generic drivers for Intel® HD Graphics 4000 support OpenGL 4.0, which is backwards compatible with version 3.2.
You may want to try the SW update service from Samsung* if you have not yet.
