I upgraded to Windows 10 from Win 7 Ultimate 32-bit. After the upgrade an error popped up saying that Video_TDR_Failure. So i did the system recovery and get back to the windows 7 ultimate. In the device manager, i opened the Intel (R) HD Graphics because it have a yellow exclamation mark. After clicking on it, a message popped up saying that "Windows is not able to update the driver. The device is not working properly". I also installed the Intel Driver Update Utility but i gives me nothing.... I have Hp G62 with Windows 7 ultimate 32-bit and ATI mobility Radeon HD 5470. Please help me...!!!! How can i solve this problem????

Thank you for providing the information above. I did notice you have a hybrid graphics computer which means it requires a special driver and configuration. From our side, it is possible to install the Graphics driver but you will be missing the ATI graphics driver.
At this point, my best recommendation is to contact HP and request the special graphics driver they have designed for your computer and have it installed.
