Hi,
Today, the display on my laptop (HP EliteBook 8460p) started this constant headache-inducing flickering. Now 2/3rds of the display is shaded dark and the flickering persists.
It doesn't matter if the laptop is connected or unplug, still an issue.I believe I have all the latest drivers. Please see attached for my DxDiag.txt
I suspect this has something to do with the graphics card but I am not sure. Any help or direction you can point me in would be tremendously appreciated!

Have you connected an external monitor?
Does it look the same? if does, then the problem is related to the graphics controller included on your processor and you may need to contact your computer manufacturer to get warranty service.
Make sure you are currently selecting screen native resolution and proper refresh rate. According to dx report, this has to be 1366 x 768 @60Hz.
Also, try loading latest video drivers for your graphics controller here:
