Helppp, i dont understand why i dont have intel driver in my display adapter (Device Manager)

I cant find my intel driver and here is my ssu scan information, 

please help me to understand and should i worried about this ?

i used intel i5 - 10400f and my GPU is Nvidia gtx 1660 super, please tell me anyone and i need help ASAP
