How can I disable Intel Graphics Command Center?

This new tray icon showed up today for the first time, and I want to disable it. I don't play and nor have games installed, Exiting doesn't help because it shows up each time I reboot.

Look in the task manager, startup, and disable it.

Isn't this a "modern app"? You should be able to separately uninstall it.
